You can also create multiple site-to-site VPN. You can define up to four GroupVPN policies, one for each zone. You can configure GroupVPN or site-to-site VPN tunnels on the VPN > Settings page. This policy information downloads automatically from the firewall (VPN Gateway) to Global VPN Clients, saving remote users the burden of provisioning VPN connections. Using the Client Policy Provisioning technology, you define the VPN policies for Global VPN Client users. The GroupVPN feature on the Dell SonicWALL network security appliance and the Global VPN Client dramatically streamlines VPN deployment and management. The GroupVPN feature provides automatic VPN policy provisioning for Global VPN Clients. Remote office networks can securely connect to your network using site-to-site VPN connections that enable network-to- network VPN connections. Mobile users, telecommuters, and other remote users with broadband (DSL or cable) or dialup Internet access can securely and easily access your network resources with the Dell SonicWALL Global VPN Client and GroupVPN on your firewall. SonicWALL VPN, based on the industry-standard IPsec VPN implementation, provides a easy-to-setup, secure solution for connecting mobile users, telecommuters, remote offices and partners via the Internet. With "LAN Networks" in the access list, here is my client route map. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on here? I've been trying different configurations and following various internet posts for the past 2 days without making any progress. (Giving "X0 Subnet" access results in the user not being able to access the "X0 Subnet"). Perhaps I'm missing what "VPN Access" means, but this seems like the opposite behavior as what I would expect. Access the LAN, but not the internet if I set the user "VPN Access" to "WAN RemoteAccess Networks" (which is defined as 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0. Access the internet, but not the LAN if I set the user "VPN Access".What I would like to accomplish is users connected to the VPN can access the "X0 Subnet" (which is an Object defined as 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.0) through the VPN and the rest of the internet via their own external connection (NOT route internet traffic through the VPN). The WAN Group VPN is setup to be a "Split Tunnel" and I have both "Set Default Gateway as this Gateway" and "Apply VPN Control List" NOT checked (checking either doesn't seem to make a difference in the behavior) I have a Sonicwall running firmware 6.5.4.4-44n and have a standard VPN (not SSL-VPN) setup which I'm connecting to via the Global VPN Client for Windows.
